Restricted Area Request Access

Please read the following erebus UK Ltd terms and conditions of service.

Terms and Conditions of Service:

  1. I understand and agree that requesting access to erbus UK Ltd's restricted area without prior permission from my organisation or providing any false information to gain access is an act of fraud, and erebus UK Ltd reserves the right to conduct an investigation and take legal action and, if necessary, seek criminal prosecution under UK law.

  2. I understand that I am to create a new 10-character password to access the restricted area of the erebus website. I agree not to provide my password to any other person outside of my organisation or any other organisation without prior permission from erebus UK Ltd.

  3. I understand and agree to inform erebus UK Ltd immediately should I become aware that my username and password may have been compromised by a third party outside of my organisation.

  4. I understand and agree that if I make a digital copy of any information from the restricted area of the erebus website I agree to not share it outside of my organisation. I understand that it remains the intellectual property of erebus UK Ltd and is subject to UK copyright.

  5. I understand and agree that any physical or digital copies made, including screenshots of the restricted area of the erebus website, will be stored securely and disposed of securely should they no longer be required within my organisation.

  6. I understand and agree that erebus UK Ltd reserves the right to change my username and password periodically without notification.

  7. I understand and agree that erebus UK Ltd reserves the right to deny access to my organisation without notification or explanation.

  8. I understand and agree that erebus UK Ltd will hold my full name, email address, and telephone number on our client database under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 for us to keep you updated with developments on courses and equipment, these details will not be shared with any other third parties.
